Welcome to Litigora. These Terms of Service govern your use of our dispute support offerings, digital materials, and physical items. By engaging with any Litigora service or product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services and Products
2.1 Commercial Dispute Support Services: We assist clients in preparing and managing legal filings and communications related to commercial disputes.
2.2 Infoproducts: We offer digital guides, training modules, and video tutorials designed to help clients navigate dispute processes.
2.3 Physical Goods: We supply manuals, workbooks, and printed materials that support our dispute assistance services.
3. Fees and Billing
All fees are quoted in local funds and are due according to the schedule in your engagement letter or order confirmation. Litigora reserves the right to suspend services or withhold shipment of goods until payment is received in full.
4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Commercial Dispute Support Services
a) Cancellation Before Commencement: If you cancel prior to the start of work, Litigora will issue a full reimbursement to your original payment method within thirty calendar days.
b) After Work Begins: Once substantive work or filings have commenced, services are final and no reimbursements will be provided.
c) Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule any session or deadline up to fourteen days before the agreed start date. Litigora will accommodate one such request per engagement at no extra charge.
4.2 Infoproducts
a) Cooling-Off Period: You have fourteen calendar days from the date of purchase to request a reimbursement on any digital material that has not been fully accessed or downloaded. Litigora will process the reimbursement within fifteen business days.
b) Post-Access Materials: If you have fully accessed or downloaded the infoproduct, no reimbursement can be provided, as irreversible digital delivery has occurred.
4.3 Physical Goods
a) Defective Items: If a shipped item is defective or damaged, please notify us within thirty calendar days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement at our expense.
b) General Returns: Litigora does not accept returns for change of mind. All sales of physical materials are final except as specified in section 4.3(a).
c) Reimbursement Processing: When a valid replacement is not possible, Litigora will issue a reimbursement to the original payment method within twenty business days of confirmation of defect.
5. Modifications to These Terms
Litigora may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services or products after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
